Description
Steps to reproduce the problem
Problem Description
After deep scrolling through Facebook Messenger in Chrome, I began noticing rendering glitches on some sites (especially Lichess and Speechify). I wiped my install completely and confirmed that Chrome only begins glitching after signing in to any Google account, even with sync turned off. I tested multiple accounts and clean installs — all produce the issue on Stable. However, Chrome Beta and Canary do not reproduce the glitch, which strongly suggests the bug has been fixed upstream. The glitch seems to originate from something triggered during Google sign-in, not from sync or local data. Firefox and Edge remain unaffected. This issue occurs consistently across fresh installs and new profiles. This bug affects rendering performance and visual stability, and seems tied to whatever rendering flags or services are initialized post-sign-in.
Summary
Rendering glitches after Google sign-in on Chrome Stable; fixed in Beta and Canary
