This field contains Gerrit urls of code changes that ‘fix’ a security bug (i.e., excluding logging/cleanup commits) and is used when a singular fix cannot be uniquely identified from the existing “Code Changes” field. The change can be in the chromium repo or any other third_party repo. [ID: 1358989]

Description
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a document in Chrome Canary.
2. Insert an image.
3. Resize the bottom right-hand corner of the image.
What is the expected behavior?
The image should properly resize.
What went wrong?
Only the point moves, the image doesn't resize, and the webpage freezes. The same image resized properly in the Stable Channel. The crashed webpage also appears to have never fully terminated (the process never closed and is still running in the background) as all of the Chrome Canary tabs are closed and the document when opened on Stable still shows the document opened in Chrome Canary.
Did this work before? Yes Approximately 3 weeks ago. Didn't use Chrome Canary again until yesterday, so the issue may have started earlier than this.
Chrome version: 42.0.2292.0 Channel: canary
OS Version: 6.2 (Windows 8)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 16.0 r0
Resizing other corners seems to have different effects. Resizing the top right causes the image to disappear without crashing the document. The outline of the image is still there, but the contents of the image disappear. Resizing the bottom left either causes the file to spontaneously become unavailable or causes the image to disappear. Resizing the top left appears to work normally. This was tested with several images on Chrome Canary and the same bug was generated with each image. The bug was successfully replicated on another computer with a fresh installation of Chrome Canary. This computer was also running Windows 8.
