Description
The image, a 1248x702px gif animates smoothly when in presentation mode, but in the editor when it's nested in some SVG, the frame rate drops to janktastic levels (and CPU usage goes over 100% for the process).
I see the issue in Dev and Canary (Version 45.0.2423.0 canary (64-bit)) on my Mac Pro.
