What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch browser -> Navigate to chrome://settings/apChrome://settings

(2)Click on "Customize fonts" -> increase slider on "Minimum font size"
(3) Navigate to DOM page text (ex: chrome://settings)
(4) Observed chrome DOM page text font not changed accordingly i.e. chrome://settings font not changed with this setting
instead observed Google properties like Gmail, Maps and webpage font changed to larger size

Expected: chrome://settings font not changed when increasing slider on "Minimum font size" at "Customize fonts" in chrome://settings/appearance

This is a Regression issue, as the same is working fine on M119 Stable #119.0.6045.214/15633.72.0 on Lava(Coral - X86/64) device.

chrome://settings, chrome://history, chrome://bookmarks font changed when increasing slider on "Minimum font size" at "Customize fonts" in chrome://settings/appearance.
Also Webpage, Gmail font also changed to larger size
NOTE:
1)This issue is part of Full pass testing and here is the link
2)Raising this issue for clarification as this is full pass test case and please confirm whether this is WAI
