Not able to reproduce on Mac. I wonder if this is related to https://crbug.com/chromium/1443890 , which is also about the forms Picker not showing up correctly on Linux/Windows.

Able to reproduce the issue on chrome version #113.0.5672.126 using Linux Debian, Windows 10 as per https://crbug.com/chromium/1450113#c0 .
Reproducible on
===============
116.0.5805.0- Canary
115.0.5790.3- Dev
115.0.5790.13- Beta
114.0.5735.90- Stable
Attaching screencast of M-103, M-113 for reference.
Note: Issue is not reproducing on Mac OS
The same issue seems to be reproducible from M-103 older versions, hence considering it as Non-Regression and adding required labels.
Thanks..!!

Issue is still reproducible on chrome stable #129.0.6668.90 on windows 10.
Description
**Example URL: **https://perchance.org/text-to-image-plugin
**Is it a problem with a plugin? ** No - It's the browser itself
**Does this work in other browsers? ** Yes - This is just a Chromium problem
Steps to reproduce the problem:https://jsbin.com/yuwefodobe/edit?html,output but the minimal code for some reason does not have the issue). I was going to not report this due to the lack of minimal reproduction, but I figured that I'd report it anyway, in case a Chromium pro is able to quickly deduce what is going wrong here.
I unfortunately was not able to create a minimal reproduction of this issue (I tried:
So here is the non-minimal reproduction:
The video first demonstrates the problem in Chrome v113, and then demonstrates that the problem does not occur in Firefox.
Problem Description:
The floating iframe contains a <select> element. Scrolling the parent iframe results in a mis-positioning of the clickable <option> UI elements.
