PointerEvents.getCoalescedEvents API was changed 3+ years ago [1] to be exposed only on secure contexts.  Chrome originally shipped it unconditionally (on any contexts), and was not updated to match the spec.  Same is true with other browsers, see the recent spec discussion [2]!

Fortunately, the usage in non-secure contexts is low, at around 0.00008% page visits [3] based on data from M117 (current Beta).  On Windows the usage is at ~0.00003% [4] (internal only).

We need to send an intent to deprecate and remove the API from non-secure contexts.
