Why do I see error code 403? I'm not trying to be a disturbance. Just simply tying to communicate problems I'm experiencing after whatever roll outs chrome platform fea. I want all my page notifications, dns, messages, and cookies to operate like Normal. I don't understand why suddenly my apps aren't receiving notifications. Plus my scroll pages is acting weird. I'm confident it's something related to chrome. What's more disappointing is that no one is responding, or FU with my concerns. Please restore changes so that my social app, network, and google voice \acct operates again. Is my dns blocked or server via Google

I think the fix forhttps://crbug.com/chromium/1414936 was incomplete. I am still able to repro it.
REPRODUCTION CASE
This bug takes several attempts to repro, and is not reproduced consistently.
