Able to reproduce the issue on chrome version #135.0.7049.85 using Win11 as per steps in c#1
Reproducible:

Canary- 137.0.7118.0
Dev - 137.0.7106.2
Beta - 136.0.7103.25
Stable - 135.0.7049.85
Observed that "The file Size while downloading and the file size in file manager are different."
The issue is seen from M-124. Considering this is a non regression issue. Hence marking it as untriaged and requesting someone from the respective team to look into this for further updates.
Note: Issue is reproducible in Mac and Linux.

Steps to reproduce the problem
Problem Description
When saving the file using "Save as" (shortcut Ctrl + S), the file shows the size as 1 B instead of the correct size.
